LOS ANGELES, CA, UNITED STATES, October 5, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Lemonaid Health, the digital pharmacy and telehealth platform, today announced it has acquired the fitness and longevity business of Dr. B, including its partnerships with national fitness brands and its longevity membership base. The acquisition makes Lemonaid the clinical and pharmacy partner behind Dr. B's in-gym programs, which help members use HSA/FSA dollars for fitness and access clinical care for metabolic health and healthy aging. Existing Dr. B members and gym partners will move onto Lemonaid's platform over the coming months with no interruption in care.

Dr. B built one of the first scaled "gym-as-clinic" models in the U.S. Its partnerships with national fitness brands let members complete a short online consultation and, where clinically appropriate, receive a Letter of Medical Necessity to pay for their membership with pre-tax HSA/FSA dollars.

The acquisition brings Lemonaid three assets. The first is a national gym partner network reaching more than 5 million members. The second is a longevity and metabolic-health patient base, now moving onto Lemonaid's clinical systems and pharmacy. The third is a partner-led channel that reaches health-motivated consumers where they already train.

Lemonaid adds licensed clinicians in all 50 states and Washington, D.C., an in-house pharmacy, and services spanning primary care, hormone health, sexual health and mental health, so a gym member's first consult can become an ongoing care relationship.

"The gym is where people decide to take their health seriously, and Dr. B figured out how to put real clinical care at that moment," said Kyle Pretsch, CEO of Lemonaid Health. "We're pairing that front door with Lemonaid's clinicians and pharmacy so a member who walks in for a fitness goal can walk out with a longevity plan, with labs and follow-up care included. For our gym partners, it means a better member benefit at no added cost to them."

"This is the strategy we backed when we acquired Lemonaid: pair a licensed clinical and pharmacy engine with partners who already own the customer relationship," said Dylan Runne, Managing Partner of Bambu Capital, which acquired Lemonaid Health. "Dr. B's network puts Lemonaid in front of more than 5 million health-motivated gym members, and we expect to keep building on it."

Members keep their current programs and HSA/FSA eligibility. Medical records are transferring securely to Lemonaid, and members will receive transition details by email before any change to how they access their care. Gym partners keep their existing member offers and gain partner reporting on enrollment and engagement.

Lemonaid plans to expand its longevity and preventive-health offerings for partner members through Q4 2026.
